小学英语的学习目的是：培养英语学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯和策略，利用年龄优势，使学生在语言和听说方面打下坚实的基础。可是只靠有限的课堂教学却难以满足语言实践的要求，要想让学生在大量地接触语言材料中自然而然地习得语言，将课堂知识转化为在生活中得体的运用，那就需要丰富多彩的、多元化的英语课外活动和良好的英语环境为知识的延伸做支撑。所以，我认为：以新校园搬迁为契机，以新硬件为载体，进行新颖别致的校园英语文化环境布置，，努力营造浓厚的英语学习氛围，从而丰富校园文化生活，让每个孩子在和谐的英语校园里习得知识、收获快乐，让更多精彩打造和谐校园。
