一、 Warming up

1. Greetings.

2. Check the learning.

课件出示各房间图片，学生说出房间名称。同时教师教授新单词：bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.

3. Have a show.

教完单词之后，让学生用This is …. 介绍自己家的房子。先小组介绍，再全班介绍。

二、 Presentation and practice

1. Sing a song. “Where’s the bird?”

Then ask: Where is the bird? Where are her friends? 引出课题：Unit5 Our new home.

2. 课件出示苏海和苏阳的新家及各房间的图片，学生一起说出各房间的名称。

3. Watch and tick

看动画，找出苏海和苏阳在找什么。

4. Read and answer

学生自己读书，划出Where is the bird? Where are the skirts? Where is the white cap? 的答句。

5. Listen and repeat.

注意重音和语音语调。

6. Show time

学生以小组为单位，选择一种喜欢的方式读一读。然后进行展示。

三、 Summary

1.单词：bedroom, living room, kitchen, sofa, bathroom

2.当我们想问某个物品在哪里时，我们可以用Where’s...?来询问,用It’s ....来回答。

3.当我们想问某些物品在哪里时，我们可以用Where are...?来询问,用They’re…来回答。

四、Exercise

1. Fill in

课件出示几幅图片，学生填空。巩固Where is …?和 where are…?的用法。

2. Pair work

两人一组，选择一幅图进行交流。

  听录音，朗读、背诵并表演小故事。
